With more than a decade of additive manufacturing experience, we understand how to push machines, materials, and designs beyond their standard limits. Through testing, tuning, and repeated iteration, we develop solutions others may consider impractical or impossible. Every project is approached with a strong Design for Manufacturing (DFM) mindset, balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, and the customer’s real-world requirements. We enjoy difficult projects, unfamiliar challenges, and working directly with customers to turn ideas into functional, production-ready product.

A custom polyphthalamide [HT Nylon] additive-manufactured torque-test fixture survived 40 gear tests at 450 ft-lb without damage—even when the steel gear itself ultimately failed.
